I'm Wezley,
Founder and director of Stargate Sports. We established in 2017, rolling our boxing and mentoring programmes into local schools of Bristol, UK. As of 2025, I am privileged to say we have worked directly with over 8,000 young people in schools since our launch. Predominantly school sports based delivery, from primary to SEMH secondary schools.
The Ignite Programme is our new way of creating a much needed feasible and sustainable non-contact boxing programme for schools. Providing our young people with discipline, physical outlets, respect and all the other benefits boxing can bring. Boxing doesn’t teach a child to punch, it ignites them with confidence, discipline and the calmness to step away. Proven in my story, along with many others…
